While they’re living their luxurious life, one member (T.I.) who was in jail to serve time, got early parole and came into picture. He offered a ‘job’ they could not resist. The plan; to rob two armored van of about $30 million!
Thus begins a montage of scenes showing the team preparing for the heist. At the same time, two detectives (Matt Dillon and Jay Hernandez) who were assigned to solve the bank heist previously works their a$$ off to identify and bust this team.
The concept of bank heist and what not is nothing new. As a matter of fact, before we can start comparing this movie to The Italian Job, one of the characters had mentioned about it in the movie. So you know where some scenes were ripped from.

In between these scenes, you’re also taken into the life of some characters that has to deal with family and relationship. Matt Dillon’s character as detective Jack was almost unbelievable. He took his little girl on a car chase??!! Mhen!!, that’s some crazy shit!
Moral of the story: Money buys you happiness, but it also destroys your happiness.
There’s nothing appalling about the movie, but there’s also nothing to shout about as well. And yes, Hayden Christensen swept me off my feet although his acting was as stiff as a brick, thank you very much.
